Balance and Zen With Health and Safety Coaches

Description: The main emphasis of this series is to find a balance between your physical and mental health through demonstrating beginner yoga poses and stretching exercises that can be performed anywhere between breaks at work or commercials on the couch. There will be a dialogue between the coaches that will address, the effects of surrounding yourself with positive people, identifying common stress triggers and techniques to alleviate them, causes of back and neck problems, the use of ergonomics in the work place, methods of mindfulness and balancing monotonous everyday activities.
