I agree to provide the required Evidence of Commercial General Liability at minimum limits of $1,000,000, including Additional Insured protection, on a primary and non-contributory basis, and a waiver of subrogation, in favor of the Laborers District Council Education and Training/Apprenticeship Fund and LDC (Philadelphia and Vicinity) Education and Training Fund, LLC and their respective trustees, administrators, counsel, officers, agents and employees. Evidence of Workers Compensation coverage will also be requested and at the discretion of the Funds, additional coverages including Business Automobile and Commercial Excess Liability may be required.
