Plasterers

1. You will become eligible for benefits on the first day of the Benefit Period immediately following the Eligibility Period in which you have worked at least 300 hours for one or more Participating Employers.
2. You will continue to be eligible in the Eligibility Period preceding the subsequent Benefit Periods.
3. You must properly complete, sign and return the Census and Enrollment Information to the Health and welfare Fund Office.

A person who fulfills all of the foregoing requirements is hereinafter refered to as a " Covered Person", from the beginning and during the benefit period for which he/she fulfills these requirements.
