Your dependents are your spouse and each unmarried child who has not attained his/her 19th birthday. Your dependent children will be covered to their 26th birthday if they are attending school or college full-time student. In addition, dependent children will continue to be covered under the plan if they are incapable of self-sustaining employment by reason of mental or physical disability provided they were diagnosed prior to their 19th birthday. Written evidence will be required and may be required on a periodic basis as determined by the Board of Trustees.

Child includes stepchild, adopted child and foster child, provided such child is a dependent of the participant for support and maintenance and provided further that it can be proven to the satisfaction of the Trustees that no other medical insurance is reasonably available to cover such stepchildren or foster children. Dependent of the participant means obligated to provide 50% or more of the child's support as evidenced by an appropriate federal income tax return.

Child does not include a child of a dependent son or daughter. Child does not include grandchildren.
