If worked 750 during either one of the two six month periods listed below as Work Periods {c or d}, you will be eligible for benefits for the one (1) full year Eligibility Period {c or d} following the completion of the six month Work Period in which you received the 750 hours.
If you worked 300 hours, but less than 750 hours, during either one of the two six month periods listed below as Work Periods {a or b}, you will be eligible for the benefits for a six month Eligibility Period {a or b} following the six month Work Period in which you received the 300 hours.
