Description: Class Registration begins at 7:00am. The Flagging Certification class teaches participants how to protect fellow construction workers, motorists and pedestrians by safely directing vehicle operators through a traffic-controlled construction zone. Satisfies requirements of PA Department of Transportation to perform flagging.
